Our beachfront Holiday Vans provide a peaceful retreat in a truly unique coastal setting. Perched on the edge of the dunes, they overlook West Beach and across to Easter Ross, offering breathtaking sunsets and frequent sightings of bottlenose dolphins. To top it all off, West Beach is practically midge-free!
Our spacious Holiday Vans are thoughtfully designed for relaxation, offering a perfect base to soak up the fresh sea air and coastal beauty. Enjoy a family-friendly, laid-back atmosphere, where the simple pleasures of beachside living take centre stage. Whether you’re enjoying an evening with loved ones, strolling along the shore, or simply watching the dolphins from your doorstep, you’ll feel right at home.
We also offer two wheelchair-accessible vans featuring stunning second row sea views. Designed for ease and comfort, they include ramped access, an open plan layout, lowered appliances, and a spacious wet room, for added convenience.
Our Holiday Vans provide the perfect setting for family gatherings, with fully equipped kitchens making meal preparation a breeze. Looking for a livelier spot to eat? Head to Bootleggers Bar & Grill, our on-site bar and restaurant, offering a relaxed atmosphere for drinks in the sun or a hearty meal after a day at the beach.
In order to ensure that the vans are kept lovely for the next guests we require a ‘Good Housekeeping Deposit’ which, assuming everything is in order, will be returned in full after your holiday. The holiday vans and lodges at West Beach are solely for holiday use. We do not accept workers and commercial vehicles are not permitted on the park.
A booking for a holiday van or lodge permits access for one car. This is to reduce the number of cars on the park and also to make it safer for the children. Access to the park is controlled by a barrier with number plate recognition.
